Rosa's Thai Cafe is the home of modern Thai food, using sustainable and authentic ingredients sourced directly from the farms of Thailand.

From a humble street stall on Brick Lane to restaurants across the capital, Rosa's offers home-made helpings of modern Thai food, courtesy of British husband and Thai wife team, Alex and Saiphin Moore. Since the first restaurant in Spitalfields opened on the site of a typical British 'caff' called 'Rosas, out of respect for the previous owner (and as Saiphin & Alex had no money for new signs), they chose to keep the name. Over the years, Chef Saiphin has also become known as 'Rosa' - and so the name keeps being associated with good, honest food.
